Gong Meditation

Gong Meditation incorporates the gentle movement and breath work of Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Gongs to create within us the deepest levels of meditation achieved by well practiced yogis. In this state, the consequences of stress are reversed. Blood pressure and cortisol levels drop. The heart rate slows and the body begins the process of rejuvenation and healing.
